We’re once again offering online summer workshop enrollment! There are 3 forms:
– 2020 Summer Enrollment (required)
– Emergency Contact & Medical Information, Summer (required)
– T-shirt Order Form
Below is the 2020 Summer Enrollment Form. Once submitted, you will receive a link to complete the Emergency Contact & Medical Information form.
*Note: Campers also attending MLA Summer programs can have their MLA Emergency Contact form used for Mountain SOL. Please see additional information on page 1 of Summer Enrollment Form.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus, Mountain SOL is not requiring payments at this time. Please see information in the Enrollment Form for more details.
