This is the form for our new sponsors to fill out in order to help us keep in contact and add the business or individual to our sponsor page as well as post our appreciation on social media.

If you or your business received a sponsorship request letter and have followed the link here, welcome to our website and thank you for your donation!

If you are here for other reasons and would like to become a sponsor, please scroll past the form to see more information on becoming a sponsor. You can also simply make a regular donation by clicking on the ‘donate’ button directly above this menu tab (no need to fill out the form if you make a regular donation).     Please upload a file of your company logo in full color and high resolution for us to use on our website and (if applicable) a file of your company logo as a silhouette for us to use on our T-shirts.

    Mountain SOL School strives to guide our next generation on the path of environmental awareness, leadership, and building a supportive community, and we are working to expand our impact and serve more students and families by growing our list of sponsors.

    To become one of our sponsors, please mail a check made out to Mountain SOL School at 130 Discovery Place, Morgantown, WV 26508. Also, please fill out the above sponsor information form.

     

    Tree Level Sponsorship ($100)

    • Name, Logo, and Link on our Sponsors page at MountainSOL.org
    • A ‘thank you’ post on Facebook and Instagram at the time of your donation

    Forest Level Sponsorship:  ($250)

    • You will receive all perks of the Tree Sponsor.
    • Additionally, your company name will be included on our next T-shirt printing.

    Mountain Level Sponsorship ($500)

    • All benefits of previous levels of sponsorship
    • Your company’s name, logo, and link will be featured on both our Home AND Sponsors pages at MountainSOL.org
    • Your company’s name, logo, and link will be in a pinned post at the top of our Facebook page for the entirety of 2024.
    • Your company’s logo will be featured on the back of our Summer Camp shirts (2” x 4” – slightly larger than a business card)

    Appalachian Level Sponsorship ($1,000+)

    • All benefits of previous levels of sponsorship
    • You will receive two of our Summer Camp shirts (Your choice of sizes)
    • A signed, framed photo from our students.
    • Your logo will be posted above Mountain-level sponsors on the shirt (but below Partner in Education). Logos will be placed in chronological order of when the donation was received by Mountain SOL. Your logo will also be printed larger than Tree-level sponsors (3” x 5” – the size of a standard index card). 

    Partner in Education ($10,000 – Limit One)

    • All benefits of previous levels of sponsorship
    • Your business name will be listed as our Partner in Education in all press releases
    • Your business will be featured first on our pinned Facebook sponsors post, first on our homepage, and first on our sponsors page.
    • Your business will be listed by name as our Partner in Education on our Facebook Cover Photo
    • We will print a special banner (4’x6’) with your logo and  listing your business as our Partner in Education. This banner will be hung at our school and taken to all off-site events. 
    • Your company’s name will be listed as Partner in Education on the FRONT of our Summer Camp shirts AND your logo will appear at the top center on the back of the shirt. Your logo will also be larger than all other logos (3” x 10”)
